Account data
We store your name, email, session records, plan, watchlist, selected interests, reader type, preferences, purchases, and subscription status so the account can work.
AI questions
OpenAI processes each question, the source excerpts selected for that question, and the generated answer. Requests disable OpenAI response storage, but OpenAI may retain API abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless a different data-retention agreement applies. Peptides.media retains question counts and token totals for service limits and cost control. Full questions and answers are saved in the Peptides.media database only when conversation storage is enabled in account settings.
Payments and email
Stripe processes payment details. Peptides.media stores Stripe customer, checkout, and subscription identifiers. Resend processes transactional and alert email delivery.
Deletion
You can delete an account from account settings after any active subscription is canceled. Database records tied to the account are removed through cascading deletion, apart from records that must remain with payment processors or email providers.
Health information
Do not submit medical records or identifying health information. Peptides.media is an educational research product, not a patient portal.
