Peptide education
Peptide pages with citations, FDA and compounding status, study conditions, and product-quality warnings for common online claims.
A 15-residue chain of 15 amino acids. Select any atom in the model to inspect its element, residue, and structural role.
Paid pilots
Research support for people who keep coming back.
The peptide library stays open. Paid pilots add topic monitoring, organized source packets, and team-ready educational briefs.Peptides
The active ingredient behind Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus, useful for separating product-specific label evidence from compounded or research-use claims.
The active ingredient in Mounjaro and Zepbound, with strong product-specific evidence for type 2 diabetes, chronic weight management, and OSA in adults with obesity.
An investigational once-weekly triple agonist peptide with strong human weight-loss and glycemic-control signals, unresolved approval status, and high gray-market product-quality risk.
An investigational long-acting amylin analogue with controlled human weight-management evidence and clear FDA limits around compounding and online product claims.
Novo Nordisk's investigational cagrilintide-plus-semaglutide program, with phase 3 human weight-management evidence and separate risks for compounded or online combinations.
A cartilage-oriented tripeptide where preclinical chondrocyte support, weak legacy symptom reports, and product-identity drift need to be kept separate.
Foundations
Peptides are a broad category. Evidence quality depends on the molecule, product, route, claim, and source.
FoundationA short tour of the sections on every full peptide profile: what each layer tells you, and where to stop if you only need the bottom line.

What changed
The FDA compounding advisory committee voted to recommend BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax, and Epitalon for the 503A Bulks List, and voted 7-6 against emideltide (DSIP). The votes are non-binding recommendations; FDA rulemaking decides what actually joins the list.
UpdateThe committee voted 7-6 against adding emideltide, also called DSIP, to the 503A Bulks List, pointing to old and inconclusive efficacy data, poor substance characterization, and existing approved therapies for the proposed uses.
RegulatoryPCAC voted on July 23-24, 2026 to recommend BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Semax, and Epitalon for the 503A Bulks List, and voted 7-6 against emideltide (DSIP). All recommendations are non-binding; FDA rulemaking decides final list placement.
