01 / Peptide Watch

A concise update with the source attached.

Each entry names what changed, why it matters, and where to inspect the underlying record.

RetatrutideReviewed change

A phase 3 type 2 diabetes paper moved the record beyond phase 2 evidence

New source: the TRANSCEND-T2D-1 phase 3 publication. Previous state: the human evidence section relied on phase 2 obesity and diabetes trials. Review result: the diabetes evidence now includes a controlled late-stage trial, while Retatrutide remains investigational and has no final prescribing label.

02 / Ask Peptides.media

A direct answer with citations you can open.

Answers stay tied to the article and original records, so the supporting evidence is visible.

What does human research show for BPC-157 and knee or tendon recovery?

Human evidence is sparse. The strongest clinical item in the BPC-157 article is a small retrospective knee-pain chart review without a control group. It reported patient improvement, but it did not establish effectiveness for tendon injuries or show how the result would transfer to other products and routes.12

A separate two-person intravenous pilot measured short-term tolerability, not injury recovery.3
